خُطْبَةُ الْحَاجَةِ

إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلّٰهِ، نَحْمَدُهُ، وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ، وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ، وَنَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا، وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلاَ مُضِلَّ لَهُ، وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ.

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلاَ تَمُوتُنَّ إِلاَّ وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ.﴾ [آل عمران: 102]

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالاً كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا.﴾ [النساء: 1]

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلاً سَدِيدًا. يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا.﴾ [الأحزاب: 71-70]

أَمَّا بَعْدُ: فَإِنَّ أَصْدَقَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللهِ، وَخَيْرَ الْهَدْيِ هَدْيُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَشَرَّ الْأُمُورِ مُحْدَثَاتُهَا، وَكُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ، وَكُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ، وَكُلَّ ضَلاَلَةٍ فِي النَّارِ.


Khutbatul Hjah (The Sermon of Necessity)

All praise is due to Allhu Tal. We praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allh from the evil within ourselves and the consequences of our evil deeds. Whoever Allh guides, there is no one who can led him astray, and whoever Allh leads astray, then there is no one who can guide him. I bear witness there is no -true- deity -worthy of worship- except Allh, He is One and He has no partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Rasl (Messenger).

O ye who believe! Fear Allh as He should be feared, and do not die except as Muslims in submission to Him. (l-i Imrn 3/102)

O mankind! Fear your Guardian Lord Who created you from one soul, and created out of it his mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women. Fear Allh, through Whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (be heedful of) the wombs (that bore you): for Allh ever watches over you. (an-Nis 4/1)

O you who believe! Fear Allh, and make your utterance straight forward. So that He may make your conduct whole and sound, and forgive you your sins: He that obeys Allh and His Messenger has already attained the great victory. (al-Ahzb 33/70-71)

Amm Bad (to Proceed):

Verily, the most truthful speech is the Kalmullh (Speech of Allh), the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad Sallallhu Alayhi wa Sallam. The worst of affairs are the newly invented matters. Every newly invented matter is a Bidah (religious innovation), and every Bidah is a Dallah (misguidance), and every misguidance is in the Nr (Hellfire).1

1- This Du' (prayer) which Shaykhul Islm Ibnu Taymiyyah Rahimahullh accounted as a knot between the Islmic system and Imn (Ibnu Taymiyyah, Majmul Fatw, 14/223) which is known as Khutbatul Hjah (The Sermon of Necessity) was recited by Raslullah Sallallhu Alayhi wa Sallam during the beginning of his Jumuah Khutbah (Friday Sermon). Various portions of this renown Khutbah has been narrated with different wordings in an-Nas, Hadth no: 3278; Muslim, Hadth no: 868; Ab Dwd, Hadth no: 2118; at-Tirmidh, Hadth no: 1105, and in other compilations of Hadth.

Who We Are What We Believe In And What We Call To

We are a handful of Muwahhidn who try to be a part of the strangers which are given glad tidings in the following Sahh (authentic) Hadth: Islm began strange, and it will become strange again just like it was at the beginning, so blessed are the Ghurab (strangers)!.. (Muslim) We have no authority, no career, we do not own any title nor do we have any relations with any Jam'ah, sect or school of thought. On the contrary we are distant from any person or establishment in todays world which claim activism in the name of Islm. We adhere to and made mn to the Aqdah of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jam'ah, Ahlul Hadth wal thr and as mentioned in many Sahh Ahdth we are aware and are working on finding and joining the unique Firqatun Njiyyah (the Saved Sect) and the Tifatul Mansrah (the group which receives the help of Allh) who will be a group among the Ummah of Muhammad (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam) who will continue to be openly on the truth until the coming of the Hour. (Ahmad, Musnad) as it was mentioned in the Ahdth.

Our call is to Tawhd; to the rejection of Taght and Ibdah (worship) solely to Allh (Subhnahu wa Tal), our call is the mutual call of all the prophets which began from dam (Alayhis Salm), persisted onto Nh (Alayhis Salm) and from him continued on to the khirul Khtamul Anbiy wal Mursaln (Last of the prophets) Muhammad (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam). The Khulafu Rshidn (the Rightly-Guided Caliphs) continued his (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam) Dawah (call) and the Salafus Slihn whom are the first three generations, the best of the best, have represented the Nabaw Sunnah in its finest, most successfully.

Khtamul Anbiy (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam) stated the following regarding the Salaf, it was narrated Imrn bin Husayn (Radiyallhu Anh) that Raslullh (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam) said: The best of my followers are those living in my generation (i.e. my contemporaries), and then those who will follow the latter. Imrn added, I do not remember whether he mentioned two or three generations after his generation, then the Prophet added, There will come after you, people who will bear witness without being asked to do so, and will be treacherous and untrustworthy, and they will vow and never fulfill their vows, and fatness will appear among them. (al-Bukhr)

And also it was narrated that Raslullh (Sallalhu Alayhi wa Sallam) said: The best people are those living in my generation, and then those who will follow them, and then those who will follow the latter. Then there will come some people who will bear witness before taking oaths, and take oaths before bearing witness. (al-Bukhr)

Our Aqdah (creed) is the Aqdah of the Salaf (the first three generations of this Ummah); the Aqdah of the Ashb (companions of Raslullh), the Tbin; those who superbly followed the Ashb and the Imms of the Atbut Tbi'n; those who came after the Tbi'n. Aqdah of the Aimmah (Imms) Awz, Sufyn ath-Thawr, Hasan al-Basr, Abdullh Ibnul Mubrak, Imm ash-Shfi, Imm Mlik, all shares the one and same Aqdah. After them the Imms of Ahdth many of which are the students of Shaykhul Ummah Ahmad bin Hanbal- such as al-Bukhr, Muslim, ad-Drim, Ibnu Hudhayma, Ab Dwd etc., took over the Dawah duty of this chaste Aqdah.  After which, Imms such as Ibnu Batta, Ibnu Mandah, al-Llk had gathered the narrations of the Aqdah of the Salaf.

After a certain era, it was especially the Ulam of the Hanbilah (Hanbal scholars) who took on the responsible duty of publicizing the Aqdah of the Salafus Slihn (rightly predecessors). After Ibnu Qudmah, Shaykhul Islm Ibnu Taymiyyah and his students from among the Hanbilah; Ibnul Qayyim, Ibnu Muflih, Ibnu Abdil Hd, from the Shfi; scholars such as adh-Dhahab and Ibnu Kathr publicized the Aqdah. In latter eras through Ibnu Rajjab al-Hanbal, Mardw and other Hanbilah Fuqah (jurists), the Aqdah of the Salafus Salihn had remained in the agenda and finally Shaykhul Islm Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhb began the Dawah in the district of Najd and through the scholars he educated and through his works the Sahh Aqdah has reached us today.  Regardless of the distortion efforts of today's Saudi Kingdom, the clear Aqdah of the Ulam of Najd and their stance without compromise is evidently seen in their collections such as ad-Durarus Saniyyah, Majmutur Rasil etc.

Here, we defend this very Aqdah and keenly put effort into the call to this Aqdah. In short we describe ourselves as Muslim, Hanif, Muwahhid, Sunn and Salaf. As we are distant from all religions other than Islm we are distant from all Madhhabs (schools of thought) and sects except for the Madhhab of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jam'ah.

Allh Tal stated: Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allh is Islm. (li Imrn 3/19) and And whoever desires other than Islm as religion; never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. (li Imrn 3/85) For this reason, we are distant from all Ahlul Kitb and their religions in all its forms, whether it is Christianity, Judaism and the non-Kitbi religions such as Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Hinduism etc.; we are far-flung from all these religions and their members. We make Takfr (declare as infidels) of all of them and see them as inhabitants of eternal Jahannam (Hellfire). We make Takfr and have enmity towards those adherents of such religions, those who befriend and those who take them as Wal (protector, helper, friend, authority or guardianship). Hence Allh Subhanhu wa Tal stated do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are (in fact) allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you; then indeed, he is (one) of them. (al-Midah 5/51) We apprehend, all the activities take place in todays world regarding demolishing Islm with the slogans of dialog among religions, the alliance of civilizations, the unity of the religions etc., as Kufr (infidelity) and Ilhd (deviated) movements and we openly curse it.

In the same manner; although they are not literally named as religion we reject and make Takfr of all modern religions such as Laicism, Democracy, Socialism, Communism, Nationalism, Liberalism, Capitalism, etc. all man made systems and their ideologies and all those who adhere to such religions. We also make Takfr of those who defend and respect these Btil (wrong/ fake) ideologies disguising as Pluralism, respecting beliefs, coming together and compromising and settling on common grounds, freedom of thought etc., and defend the consideration of those who adhere to these -isms as being Muslim. Also we make Takfr and curse of all those who make effort in finding mutual grounds between Islm and these Btil religions so that they could make synthesis between them. Hence Islm is the Dn of Allh; it contains no deficiency and synthesis attempts as such will mean no other than Islm being incomplete; as something deficient and that this deficiency will be eliminated with such efforts and other Btil ideologies. Wa Nadhu Billh. Because of it, we make Takfr and curse the Moderate Islm Project and those who try to prove that Islm and Democracy go along together, with the leadership of Turkey. We can feel that some of the Jinni (genie) and mankind Shaytn (devil) are behind this project and we can see that The New World Order; the System of Dajjl (Anti-Christ) which is backed by the Jews and the Free Masons, is to be settled. We put our effort to warn people against the Fitnah (trial) as much as is within our ability.

As we declare our acquittal from those opposing the Aqdah of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jam'ah and the Salafus Salihn; the Bidah (innovated) sects of the past such as the Khawrij, Mutazilah, Jahmiyyah, Murjiyyah, Rfidhah (Shia), the Alaw, the Btin and their offsets of today, we also declare our acquittal from schools such as the Ashar and Mturid who adhere to some of the Sunnah, while oppose others from the Sunnah.

We are also distant from Tasawwuf and those who believe Hull (divine incarnation) Ittihd (mystic communion with God) Wahdatul Wujd (Unity of Existence) Wahdatush Shuhd (apparentism / Unity of Witness) Rbita and perform Shirk via asking help from their Shaykh who are far away from them or even from the dead; meaning those Tarqah (path of spiritual training) who believe such Kufr and Shirk; and also all the other Tarqah which take Bidah and Hurafa (superstitions) as a Dn (way of life) other than those Muslim who display Zuhd (Asceticism) and Tazkiyatun Nafs (purification of the soul). Although they do not own the formation of a cult, because they have the same Aqdah as the Ahl Tasawwuf (mystics) we reject and make Takfr of the Jamaa'ah Tabligh, Habashis, Bralwees, and Deobandis (which the Taliban movement belongs to) etc. We also make Takfr of all those movements such as the Qurniyyn (Hadth rejecters) and those Modernists, Reformists who are in Ittifq (agreement) with them either openly or secretly and their likes

The one who adheres to and follows the Ahlus Sunnah, giving it its full right, will see that; those who claim to adhere to the Ahlus Sunnah and the Salaf such as the Saudi Talafs or the al-Qaidah; who actually have different political stances but very similar Irj Aqdah (Aqdah of the deviated sect Murjiah; a deviant conviction claiming that mn is restricted to belief not deeds) with the Talafs, the ones who claim to be Jihd and those who feed off of Sayyid Qutb and are characterised as Takfri such as the Callers of Hkimiyyah, have nothing to do with the Aqdah of the Imms of the Salaf.  Such that, when the callers of such groups are cornered with quotes from the Sunn and Salaf scholars, will drop their Salaf identities in an instant and take refuge behind Haq (true) statements such as we adhere to the Nass (text) and do not blind follow scholars while meaning (intending) the Btil (falsehood).

All of the Salaf cloaked movements and those who dont even have the same claim as they (adhering to the Salaf) such as the Ikhwan, Hizbut Tahrir etc. and all the movements who carry the label of being political Islmists each carry new Madhhab identities independent from the Ahlus Sunnah. We dont even bother with the mention of the modern day movements such as the mystic organisations, Hadth rejecters, the movements surrounded by Iran and Shia etc., due to the fact that their remoteness from the Salaf Manhaj (methodology) being easily evident. We are distant and reject all such groups and recommend that everyone distances from all groups and adheres to the tree roots. It is extremely difficult for an individual who feeds off from the books of those individuals who are confused from the Musir (contemporary) or the Mutaakhkhirn (the later ones; after the first three generations) scholars and turns away from the Tifatul Mansrah who are the Ahlus Sunnah and Salaf scholars; even though he may be upon Tawhd in the Dhhir (apparent/outwardly).

At this points what befalls on us as our duty is not to declare our view with our own judgment or to make philosophical, Kalm (theological rhetorical) Ijtihd (making a legal decision in Islmic Sharah -law- by personal effort and independent interpretation of the legal sources) which do not rely on Nass, rather it is to adhere to the Qurn, the Sunnah and to the path of those who brought these two to us without interruption; the Ahlul Hadth wal thr, the Ashbul Hadith, the Firqatun Njiyyah (the saved sect) and the Tifatul Mansrah (the helped sect), namely the Salafiyyah as some of todays researchers interpret it; who are the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jam'ah. We who have come right out of these Btil thoughts, through the medium of this website will do our best to publicize and recommend this Aqdah, and prevent the ideas put forward in ignorance about the Dn of Allh commencing from our own Nafs (ownself) Inshllh.

Our Mukhtasar (Summarized) Aqdah (Creed)

After having said La to all Kufr, Shirk and Bidah and rejecting them wed like to convey in brief nature, the Aqdah we confirm and accept.

Rejection of Tght and mn in Allh: To begin with; we do not recognize any other Ilah except Allh to be worthy of worship and also we reject all fake deities, meaning; all Tght which are worshiped. In the same manner we reject and make Takfr of all those who make Ibdah to these Tght. This is the Asl (base) and foundation of the Dn. All matters mentioned below arise from this Asl. For this reason our first priority is to call people to this Asl meaning to Tawhd. The individual who comprehends Tawhd giving it all its rights will comprehend other matters as well. There is no benefit in explaining Fiqhul Wqi (contemporary jurisprudential issues) to the one who has not comprehended Tawhd to begin with. No one will have entered Islm by merely calling certain actions to be Kufr. This is one of the greatest, and may be even the gravest mistake made today.

Those who worship (performs Ibdah to) other than Allh Azza wa Jall in any form are Mushrik (polytheist/idol-worshipper): An individual who performs any type of Ibdah, such as but not limited to; making Du (invocation), calling upon for help, sacrifice, vowing an offering, surrendering to its Hukm (ruling) etc., to any other but Allh, even if he does not namely call it Ibdah, and the objection that he made and has taken on a fake Ilah (god) even if he does not call that object as an Ilah other than Allh, he is Mushrik. Likewise if an individual performs Shirk in the Ulhiyyah (Oneness of the Divine nature / Oneness of worship), Rubbiyyah (Oneness of divine Lordship) and Asm was Sift (Oneness of the Divine Names and Attributes) of Allh, even if he is not aware that his action is Shirk or even if he performs it with a certain Tawl (disambiguation / interpretation) or even if he performs it simply out of ignorance, he still will be Mushrik and not Muslim. There is no difference between such individual and a Christian or a Jew even if he is to ascribe to Islm and claim himself to be Islm, say the Kalimah (The Code of Oneness of Allh; La ilaha illallh) and perform Salh (prayer). Likewise the individual who acquires a second Ilah besides Allh and makes him Rabb, even if he is to have entered Islm recently, even if he is of Ahlul Fatrah (people of the era of interval between prophets) to whom Rislah never reached, he is still Kfir and Mushrik. If such individual is of Ahlul Fatrah there is Ikhtilf (disagreement) among the scholars regarding whether or not he will be punished however there is no Ikhtilf regarding the fact that he is Kfir. For, Allh Subhnahu wa Tal informs us in Sratun Nis yah 48 and 116 along with many other Qat Nass that He will not forgive those who make partners onto Him.

Those who do not make Takfr of the Mushrik are Kfir: It is mandatory knowledge that Shirk Akbar (Greater / Major Shirk) and mn can never be fused. Whoever opposes this or gives the title Muslim to an Ahlush Shirk (people of Shirk) plainly out of ignorance or for the reason that he merely stated La ilaha illallh with his tongue is a Kfir; just like the other, clearly because his action opposes clear Nass. Besides, an individual as such, will have put forward the fact that he does not have the Marifah (knowledge); the knowledge to distinguish between mn and Kufr. The ruling of those who make Tawaqquf (pauses the ruling and keeps quite/silent) is also the same meaning they are Kfir. We do not run after Btil doubts such as the Ahluz Zaygh (people of perversity) who withhold crookedness in their hearts and say they make Takfr of the Tght but make Tawaqquf about those who do not make Takfr of them or that they make Takfr of the Shirk doer but do not make Takfr of those who do not make Takfr of them. Hence an individual as such has not rejected the Tght nor has he distanced from the Mushrikn, yet he has named Kufr as mn. All of these are Kufr.

al-Wal wal Bar (allegiance, loyalty and friendship vs. disavowal and enmity) are a Rukn (obligatory pillar) of mn: al-Wal al-Bar are non-detachable from Tawhd and Aqdah. Whoever befriends the Kuffr in order not to make Takfr of them, to help them against Islm and the Muslimn, shows consent to their Kufr, even if he does not adhere to their Itiqd (creed) and Dn, this act in Hukm will make him one of them; a Kfir. Those who show Wal to the Kuffr/Mushirk with lesser types of Wal will take their Hukm as a sinner; a Harm doer, according to their act. Such as those who give some of the secrets of a Muslim to the Kuffr, making Mudhana (compromising), Mudr (managing); boot-licking merely for worldly gain. We follow a Wasat (the moderate/middle) path between Ifrt (taking it to the extreme) and Tafrt (neglecting its true meaning) following the Ahlus Sunnah in all matters and as long as it does not carry the meaning of showing consent to Kufr we do not name each and every type of Wal as Kufr.

Hukm (ruling/rulership) solely belongs to Allh Azza wa Jall: Tashri (the authority of giving Hukm) belongs only to Allh; He Subhnahu wa Tal is the one to determine what is Hall (permissible) and Harm (prohibited). Whoever gives Hkimiyyah to other than Allh; like the man-made systems of today do and establishes laws opposing Islm, he is a Kfir and a Tght. Those who accept rulings and laws which are brought out to be alternative to the Sharah of Muhammad (Sallallhu Alayhi wa Sallam), those who take part out of legislative, executive and judgment side of the Tght states meaning; those members of constitution such as the MPs who pass Hukm with such constitution, governments which implement the rules of the Tght and the judges and the prosecutors who judge people with the rules of Tght, and also lawyers (attorneys, barristers, advocates) who represent/defend people in a court of Tght law or advises them on legal matters according to the rules of Tght and also the armed forces including members of the military and the police organizations of the Tght state which encourages people to obey and abide by the rules of Tght with using force; are all Kuffr. Those who support the making of such laws through voting or any other act are Kfir as well.

Seeking Muhkama (judgment) from Tght is Shirk: Anyone who accepts being judged according to Kufr laws and their Kufr courts; will have established that he has adhered to another Sharah with this act. This is pure Kufr. There are no differences between an individual going to the court of the Tght voluntarily or reluctantly unless there is Ikrh (coercion). When there is a situation as such, that an individual is acting according to the Hukm of the Tght meaning according to the procedure of the court regardless of what he names it i.e.,; hiring a lawyer, appeal, testifying, defense etc., this does not change the Hukm. Whoever goes to these courts or is taken even as a slave but does not reject this type of judging and does accept to be judged according to such Btil Kufr Ahkm, he will be Kfir. This Hukm of such act does not change according to the situation; whether it is being performed in Drul Kufr or due to Dharrah (necessity) or Maslahah (expedient interests / public welfare) etc., it will not lift the Hukm of Kufr. Since the Ahkm of mn and Kufr do not change according to such facts. Everyone who performs Kufr is a Kfir, except for the case of Ikrh. Every act which people think to be Ikrh is not Ikrh. The conditions of Ikrh have been clarified by scholars.

The situation is the same for those who join the forces which have targeted to glorify the Tght. With excuses such as training, Dawah, necessity or spying; Kufr can not be performed. Likewise those who go to or send their children and show compliance to the performances of Kufr, glorifying idols, participation in Kufr assemblies during inclusions in so-called educational establishments; with similar excuses, are also the same. Hence compliance to Kufr is Kufr. With an excuse such as making Bughdh (hatred) by heart to such Kufr, yet still allowing such Kufr act to be performed or showing hesitance in making Takfr of such individuals just proves these individuals have not comprehended the contents of Tawhd. According to the Ahlus Sunnah; mn is belief by heart, speech and actions. The entire Ahlul Islm, Ahlul mn have made Ittifq (agreement) that without a situation of Ikrh the individual who performs Kufr; even if he claims he does not have belief in such Kufr, he is still a Kfir.

As we do not approve of any Kufr; word or act, we do not consent to it by word, writing or by signature either. We will not try to legitimize it with any type of Btil Tawl. Even in doubtful matters which are not clear in its state; whether it is Kufr or Harm, we keep our distance from the Kuffr and Tght. With the excuse that it has not been proven to be Kufr we do not dive into doubtful matters; we will not perform it under any circumstance. This is not the characteristic of a Mumin. We will make Takfr of the actions which are clearly Kufr according the Qurn and Sunnah and regarding matters which are not clear we will withhold from making Ijtihd and performing Takfr. This necessitates excellence in the Arabic language as well as excellence in many tools and Usl, knowledge as well as sciences such as Tafsr, Hadth, and Fiqh etc. We do not know of anyone today who carries such attributes. Having mentioned the Khaf (obscure) matters of Dn which are not a part of the knowledge that has to be known by Dharrah (necessity) in Dn; it is restricted to the scholars who are able to Istinbt (inference directly from the evidence) from the Qurn and the Sunnah and has the ability of making Ijtihd (making of a decision in Sharah by personal effort); meaning being a Mujtahid (competent to interpret Sharah by Ijtihd). For this reason, we do not take into consideration any view which is not based on a licensed scholar from the past, whether it is regarding matters of mn and Kufr or matters of Fiqh. Of course this is regarding matters which there are no Qat Nass available. Obviously an lim has no need to give Fatw regarding matters such as mn in Tawhd, the Takfr of Ahlush Shirk, the six principles of mn, the five principles of Islm, drinking wine, gambling and fornicating being Harm etc.

Tawassul: An individual can make Tawassul while making Du to Allh with His Asm was Sift (Beautiful Names and Attributes) as well as with the Slih Amal (righteous deed) the individual has. Likewise one can request another who is alive to make Du for him. Other than those we mention, other types of Tawassul are Bidah which takes one to Shirk. If an individual performs the Btil (invalid) Bidah type Tawassul to other than Allh through; making Du, taking refuge to and/or relying on that person, carrying the belief that, such individual who is dead or away, can hear the Du and respond to it, the performer of such will become Mushrik.

The Knowledge of Ghayb (unseen): Having knowledge of the Ghayb belongs to Allh. Whoever believes that an individual or any other than Allh has knowledge of the Ghayb; such as a soothsayer or fortuneteller, an oracle or even those Dajjl who are named to be Shaykh, he will be Kfir. Allh Azza wa Jall only informs of the Ghayb through Wahy (revelation) to His Rusul (prophets). Sometimes Allh informs somethings to the Wal (friends of Allh) through inspirations or dreams. Sometimes He Subhnahu wa Tal will inform the Kuffr with such inspirations. Likewise, it is possible that the Shaytn gives inspirations to the Mumin (believer) as well. Since it is not known to us whether a dream or inspiration is from Allh or the Shaytn, it can not be taken as Shari evidence. No one can claim information of the Ghayb due to an inspiration.  With the death of Raslullh (Sallallhu Alayhi wa Sallam) Wahy has come to an end. Therefore whoever claims he is given Wahy, a book and that he speaks with Allh, like some Sfs (ascetics) do, he will have claimed he is a Prophet and whoever claims prophethood (includes both being Rasl and/or Nab) after the Prophet Muhammed (Sallallhu Alayhi wa Sallam), is a liar, a Kfir, a Dajjl. The Karmt (extraordinary or something within the ordinary) of the Awliy are Haq (true). Sometimes Karmts can occur through the hands of the Wal of Allh. However this will not depend on the will of the Wal but it will only depend on the will of Allh. Therefore the belief of Karmt can not be used to legitimize Shirk beliefs such as; the Wal has authority over the universe, he can hear and respond to people far away from him etc.

Asm and Sift (Names and Attributes): We believe Allh Tal is Muttasif bi Siftil Kaml (described/characterized by attributes of perfection), that he is Munazzah (distant) from all types of Deficiency, that He has no partner nor does He have any like on to Him. We believe in all His Sift mentioned in the Qurn and Sunnah whether it is regarding Aqli Sift (can be known with intellect) such as Ilm (knowledge) and Qudrah (power) or regarding Khabar Sift (can be known only with Nass)  such as Yad (hand), Wajh (face) and Istiw (establishment), according to their apparent implications without any Tawl nor comment, without making Tashbh (assimilating; likening Allh to His Creation) and Tajsm (likening Allh to a body), without making any resemblance to the Sift of His Makhlq (creation), without making Takyf (inquiring into the how or nature of the Attribute), without further investigation. As Allh Tal has described Himself He is above the Heavens upon His Arsh. He is separate from His creatures. Whoever states He has made Hull (incarnation) within His creation and that He is everywhere, he is in everything meaning Ittihd (unification); he is a Kfir.

All of these are certain matters which are known as the basic fundamentals known by Dharrah in Islm; which we have gathered from the works of the Ahlit Tawhd and Ahlus Sunnah Imms; and implementation to the contemporary matters.

Those who want to learn more about the rest of our Aqdah can appeal to the texts such as Uslus Sunnah of Shaykhul Ummah Ahmad bin Hanbal, Aqdatul Wsitiyyah of Shaykhul Islm Ibnu Taymiyyah and others by the Salaf Imms.

We have tried to sum up the Aqdah of the Ahlit Tawhd and Ahlus Sunnah in short and did not provide evidence in most cases. Evidence and sources can be presented to those who make request, Bi-idhnillh.

Shaykh'ul Islm Ibnu Taymiyyah (Rahimahullh) stated,

والعالم يعرف الجاهل؛ لأنه كان جاهلا، والجاهل لا يعرف العالم لأنه لم يكن عالما

"The lim (scholar) recognizes the Jhil (ignorant) since he was once a Jhil. The Jhil does not recognize the lim since he has never been an lim." (Shaykh'ul Islm Ibnu Taymiyyah, Majm'ul Fatw, 13/235)
